Important Notice: Due to the nature of SEO services, which involve significant time, expertise, and resources upon commencement, our refund policy is limited. SEO is an ongoing process that requires sustained effort, and results typically develop over time rather than immediately.
Our refund policy is structured to be fair to both our clients and our business, recognizing that:
- SEO services begin immediately upon agreement
- Work performed cannot be "returned" like physical products
- Time and expertise invested cannot be recovered
- Results depend on numerous factors, some beyond our control
- Search engine algorithms constantly evolve
2. Service Categories and Refund Eligibility
2.1 One-Time Services
One-time services include SEO audits, website analysis, keyword research reports, and similar discrete deliverables.
Refund Eligibility:
- Before Work Commences: Full refund available if requested before we begin work
- After Work Begins: No refund available once work has commenced, as time and resources have been invested
- Non-Delivery: Full refund if we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service within the specified timeframe without valid reason
2.2 Monthly Retainer Services
Monthly retainer services include ongoing SEO optimization, monitoring, reporting, and support provided on a recurring monthly basis.
Refund Eligibility:
- First Month: If you are dissatisfied within the first 14 days of the initial month, you may request a partial refund for the unused portion of that month, minus any work already completed
- Subsequent Months: No refunds for subsequent months, but you may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice
- Prepaid Services: If you prepay for multiple months and cancel, refunds for future months not yet commenced may be provided at our discretion
2.3 Project-Based Services
Project-based services involve specific SEO implementations or campaigns with defined scopes and deliverables.
Refund Eligibility:
- Milestone-Based: If projects are structured with milestones, refunds may be available for uncompleted milestones only
- Project Commencement: Once a project begins, no refund for work already performed
- Material Breach: Refund consideration if we materially fail to deliver agreed-upon project components
2.4 Consultation Services
Consultation services include strategy sessions, training, and expert advice provided in scheduled sessions.
Refund Eligibility:
- Before Consultation: Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before scheduled session
- Within 48 Hours: 50% refund if cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled session
- After Consultation: No refund after consultation session has occurred
- No-Show: No refund if you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior cancellation
3. Conditions for Refund Requests
Refund requests will be considered under the following conditions:

- Service Not Delivered: We failed to deliver agreed-upon services without valid reason
- Material Breach: We materially breached the terms of our service agreement
- Cancellation Within Grace Period: For applicable services, cancellation within specified grace periods
- Duplicate Payment: You were charged twice for the same service due to processing error
- Technical Error: Payment was processed in error and no services were requested or provided

- Decision to pursue different marketing strategies
- Financial hardship or business closure
- Third-party technical issues with your website or hosting
- Delays caused by client non-responsiveness

5.2 Partial Refunds

- Minus any costs already incurred for work performed

- Unjustified chargebacks may result in legal action to recover costs
- Your account will be suspended pending resolution of chargeback disputes

10. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
We may consider refund requests outside this policy's standard terms in exceptional circumstances, including:
- Severe illness or death of the primary contact
- Natural disasters or force majeure events affecting your business
- Demonstrable service failures on our part
- Mutual agreement to terminate services early
Such exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and require appropriate documentation.
